INGREDIENTS
Orange
Orange, in its different varieties, is one of the most cultivated fruits in Morocco. Indeed, the richness of the Moroccan soil and the generosity of its sun are what makes our oranges most tasty and very rich in essential nutrients and vitamin C. The orange is widely used in the Moroccan gastronomy where it has its prominent place. Juice is not the only way oranges are consumed. They are widely included in the composition of many dishes, salads and desserts.
Mandarin
The Moroccan mandarin is one of the best in the world, thanks to the temperate climate of our regions which is ideal for its culture. Like Moroccan orange, it is found in different varieties and is cultivated in several regions. Very popular for its taste and smell, it is widely consumed raw and natural.
